Track your order
Track your parcel using the link in your shipping email or your order status page. If you have not received a shipping email, your order may still be in preparation or waiting for supplier stock.
What does my tracking status mean?
- Order confirmed: we have received the order. It has not necessarily been dispatched.
- Label created / Shipment information received: tracking details have been registered. This is not confirmation that the carrier has collected the parcel.
- Collected / In transit: the carrier has recorded movement of your parcel.
- Delivered: the carrier reports delivery. If you cannot locate the parcel, check the delivery details and contact us.
- Returned to sender / Delivery exception: contact us so we can check what happened and discuss the next steps.
Multiple items or parcels
Your order may be sent in more than one parcel. A delivered parcel does not mean every item in a partly fulfilled order has arrived. Check the items listed in each shipping email.
